I'm so glad that we were able to work with Larry. We wanted to buy a home and move in within 2 months, and Larry showed us 5 properties that fit our criteria. He helped us to write up an offer for one of them, and a day or two later, the seller accepted our offer. Larry also took the time to answer all of our questions and he even took phone calls late at night. Because of Larry's help, we were able to close in 20 days. He even went above and beyond to help us when there were some issues regarding the sale. For example, when the seller said she didn't have any mailbox keys, Larry said he would go to the post office to ask about how to resolve that issue. Overall, working with Larry was a pleasure and in the future, if we have to sell or buy anything again, I would definitely go with Larry again.
